Larry Graves

Vice President of Asset Management and Operations

Larry Graves is the Vice President of Asset Management and Operations for J-POWER USA.  Larry has over 30 years of experience in the Power Generating industry including operations and maintenance of regulated utility and IPP owned and operated power plants.

Prior to joining J-POWER USA Larry was Operations Director for NAES Corporation dedicated to supporting the operations and maintenance contracts for the J-POWER USA fleet.  In addition, he has worked for Westar Energy (now Evergy), Cogentrix, Siemens, GE and several other IPPs . Prior to entering the power industry, Larry was in the US NAVY assigned to Aviation Fuels on board the USS Carl Vinson (CVN-70).  Since then, he has held plant positions ranging from Fuels Handler to Plant Manager and corporator positions including Director of Labor Relations, Director of Operations and now VP of Asset Management and Operations.

Larry holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of Montana.
